I heard this piece. The journalist seemed to realize only at the end of the interview that this was a marketing operation. Only 3 condos were to be built. And the construction has not even started! Yes, there is a lot of interest. Did they really need to launch a marketing operation to test the waters like that? Build them! Build more!!
