Several students have asked for clarification about the sequence of abstract submission, acceptance/rejection, and payment.
Can they create an account, submit an abstract, wait for the outcome, and then complete the registration with payment if successful?
Should the conference registration early/late payment deadlines be adjusted to correspond to the November review dates?
